Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

The pictures of our products in our website are for reference purpose. The color,texture, taste, smell of our products may subejct to the batch, harvest season, suppliers and so on, which may vary from batch to batch. And we will not notice such changes in advance, as those differences are not affect on the quality of the products. 

Where can I view my sales receipt?

If you need invoice/ receipt for your orders, please simply send us an email, and quote your order numbers, then we get the invoice/ receipt send accordingly.

How can I return an item?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with email for defective or damaged picture for the item, then we will guide you through to get it solved accordingly.

If you wish to to return your product as you changed mind, please simply send us an email to explain the case, then we iwll guide you through to have the item returned. Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  And normally, The Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Since our product are foods, we only accept returning for the unoppended products in its original pack.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

To return the unwant orders, please simply contact us to get returning approval first, then we will guide you through to return the goods accordingly.
