Questions about Shipping

when can we ship your order

Noramlly, Your order will be shipped within 24 hours on the business working days. If your order was makde during the weekend or bank holidays, then we will get your order shipped first things after weekend/Bank Holidays.

When can you recieve the orders

The delivery times will be subject to your delivery address.

If you are UK customers, the order will be shipped by royal mail service, 1st or 2nd class, which usually take 1-3 working days to delivery in the Mainland of the UK.

For Eu customers, all orders will be processed and shipped from our Netherlands Warehouse by PostNL service. And it usually takes 5-12 working days. For valueable orders, or order over 2kg, we may send it by courier service, such as DHL, and it will take 2-7 working days to delivery in the EU, this will subejct to the delivery address.

 

 

What shall we do if we recieved order by mistake

We will do every effort to send the order corretcly and quickly. However, If there is anyt issues or mistake happened with the order you recieved, please keep us informed immediatey by email: service@vitanics.net. We will do every effort to get it solved as soon as possible.

Can i returned the order if i changed mind

Yes.

If you wish to return your product as you changed mind, please simply send us an email to explain the case, then we iwll guide you through to have the item returned. Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. And normally, The Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Since our product are foods, we only accept returning for the unoppended products in its original pack.

Questions about Returning

How can I return unwanted items

Customers have their statutory right to return the products and get refund. If you are not happy with the products, please let us know. We will make refund immediately after we receive the returned products. However, please understand, we have already spent postage to send the products to you, and such postage is not refundable to us by carriers, therefore we couldn't refund the postage you paid. Thanks very much for your understanding.
